Dongfeng Motor STPMS loading verification test report

The purpose of this verification test of the STPMS is to perform verification testing according to Dongfeng Motor's requirements before the STPMS is introduced into Dongfeng Motor's mass production to confirm that its various indicators meet Dongfeng Motor's requirements.

The test site is at the international vehicle proving ground designated by Dongfeng Motor. This site is the world's leading vehicle standard testing plant. It includes testing of various performance indicators of various vehicles. There are different types of roads such as ordinary asphalt roads, environmental Cement road, stone road, working condition road, etc.

• Driving on ordinary roads and performing TPMS national standard GB26149 undervoltage test
• Perform TPMS undervoltage test on low-speed driving (about 15 kilometers per hour) on general ring roads.
• Perform TPMS undervoltage test on general ring roads during high-speed driving (up to 140 kilometers per hour)
• Driving on a special stone road to perform TPMS undervoltage test
• Driving on special gravel roads to perform TPMS undervoltage testing
• Perform TPMS tire pressure false alarm test on roads under special working conditions
• Special working condition roads are harsh roads that simulate construction. The road surface contains potholes, stones, mud, high and steep slopes, sharp turns, sudden stops, accelerations and decelerations, etc. No false alarms are allowed when driving for 20 kilometers.

The following conclusions can be drawn from the above test results:

1. STPMS passed the certification test of Dongfeng Motor.
2. STPMS is superior to Germany's Continental's ESC indirect TPMS.
